Have questions? We have the answers!

Where are you located?

We are in beautiful downtown Columbus, IN at 531 5th Street. You can enter using any of our entrances but most of us enter through the Lafayette Street doors. Please park in the lot across from these doors - this lot is for guests and senior adults.

What time is service?

We offer services at 9:00 & 10:30a. Each service is in-person with the 10:30 service also online.

Where do I park?

Please park in the small lot on Lafayette. This is right across from our Lafayette entrance - the best way to enter First Christian.

Is there something for my kids?

Yes! We offer kids programming for preschool - 6th grade during both services. The nursery & toddler room is open during the 10:30 service. Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the service time.

What should I wear?

Come as you are! Some folks wear jeans & t-shirts while others wear dresses and suits - and everything in between.

What does a Typical Service Look Like?

Each week we have a time of music, communion, and a message. Services usually last about 60 minutes.

How do I join a small group?

We have a variety of group options for you, including Families, Sunday mornings, Weekday, and Women’s groups. Josiah Been, our Discipleship Minister, is here to help you find the perfect group that fits your interests and get you connected. Feel free to reach out and start your journey with us!

How can I get involved in serving?

Looking to get involved in serving? We’re thrilled to hear that! There are plenty of volunteer opportunities available on Sunday mornings, weekdays, and Saturdays, both within the church and out in the community. Join us for this friendly gathering for women to build relationships, enjoy fun activities, and find encouragement in a supportive community. Whether you’re a mom, a professional, or simply looking for connection, this is a great opportunity to recharge and be uplifted.

Childcare is available for preschool-age children, and an RSVP is required to reserve a spot—email refresh@fccoc.org.

Wednesdays | 12:15-1:00pm

Join us for a weekly prayer time in the FCC Chapel from 12:15–1:00 PM. This is a quiet space for individual prayer—come and go as you wish.

March 29 | 10:30am

Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week as we remember Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem and prepare our hearts for the journey to the cross and resurrection. Join us as we wave palms, worship together, and reflect on the hope and humility of Christ. On Palm Sunday, we will gather for one combined service at 10:30am. While there will be no regular Next Gen programming, special activities for FCC Kids are planned during the service, making it a meaningful and engaging morning for the whole family. We look forward to worshiping together as one church family.
